If there is a product that you received in our box but isn't in the Marketplace, then you can easily request it by going to our Contact Us page or by emailing email@example.com and we will see what we can do.
You pay the price for the entire length of the subscription via either PayPal or Cash On Delivery. Please note that the shipping fee is per box so the shipping fee for the first box is automatically calculated at checkout but for the rest of the boxes, the shipping fee must be paid with cash on delivery.
